Fortress of Louisbourg

GEMTEC was retained for design, management, and construction inspection services, for an extensive upgrading project conducted at the Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site.

Project highlights include:

• Design and construction supervision of data and communications upgrades
• Design of barrier shore protection
• Quay wall improvements, including: geotechnical investigations, design, and specifications
• Ongoing compliance with requirements for preservation of historic features
