Five-year Strategic Plan for the Union of Municipalities in New Brunswick

GEMTEC's Municipal and Asset Management team assisted the Union of Municipalities in New Brunswick in developing their Five-year Strategic Plan. This plan focused on developing a roadmap for identifying growth, opportunities, and engagement strategies for municipalities in New Brunswick.

Services included:

• Facilitating workshops with Union of Municipalities of New Brunswick Board and executives
• Conducting a Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis
• Identifying the Strategic Priorities along with Action Items and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
