John Hagan

John Hagan is GEMTEC Barrie’s Branch Manager and a Senior Pavement Engineer with over 15 years of multi-disciplinary project management experience. He specializes in geotechnical and environmental services supporting transportation infrastructure projects for municipal and provincial clients including the MTO. John has designed pavement rehabilitation strategies for over 1000 km of highway and is MTO RAQS qualified for Pavement Design – Medium Complexity, Soils and Pavement Investigations – Routine, and Pavement Evaluation – Flexible. John is a member of the Civil Technology Program Advisory Committee at Georgian College, a founding member of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies (ACEC) Simcoe County Chapter, and sits on the ACEC-Ontario Business Practices Committee.
