Kirsten Gallacher-Paquette

Kirsten Gallacher-Paquette brings a thorough understanding of putting people first to her role as our executive leader for People & Culture. This is informed by her experience partnering with business leaders based on a strong business acumen. Kirsten has a unique ability to build progressive people strategies to design and retain highly engaged, high-performing teams based on organizational strategy. Her career has been primarily focused within engineering industries and spanned across a wide range of privately held, publicly traded, and non-profit organizations. Kirsten leverages her knowledge from highly secure and regulated environments. The uOttawa Innovation Lab, the KN-BIA HR Leadership Council, and acting as a career mentor with the Ottawa Community Immigrant Services are representative of her passion for volunteering. She also has past volunteering experience with the Heart & Stroke Foundation, as well as several community-based programs supporting children’s growth and development.
